Hi friend — Donna here. Running Crafting With Donna (the website and the store in Backus, MN) costs real money, and one of the ways I keep the guides and printables free is through affiliate links. This page explains exactly what that means, in plain language.
What is an affiliate link?
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission from the retailer. It never costs you anything extra — the price you pay is exactly the same either way.
Programs I participate in
Amazon: Crafting With Donna is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Creative Fabrica: Links to fonts, graphics, and SVG files on Creative Fabrica are affiliate links, and I may earn a commission on purchases made through them.
My own products: Links to the Craft Night Kit Planner and other digital products I sell (through Gumroad) are my own products, not affiliate links — when you buy those, you’re supporting me directly. Thank you!
My promise to you
I only recommend supplies and tools I’d genuinely use at my own craft table. An affiliate relationship never changes what I recommend — if something isn’t worth your money, I’ll say so. Posts that contain affiliate links carry a disclosure notice at the top of the article, in keeping with the FTC’s endorsement guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
